Happy Holidays!! ‘Tis the season for Christmas Mini Sessions! This is my first year offering these kinds of session. They are shorter sessions, and geared toward Christmas and the holiday season for Christmas cards. I enjoyed photographing all of my Christmas families, it was so fun to see the kids get into the holiday spirit.

I enjoyed every second of putting this Christmas scene together. Having a vision of what you want in your head, and then working to make it reality was very rewarding. The backdrop here is from Intuition Backgrounds. I just love classic, old-world design of the white headboard. I dressed it up with garland from a local florist called Vintage and Bloem. Rachel did a fantastic job, the garland was perfect. The little truck prop was from The Vintage Junction, a cute little antique store nearby my home.

It was so fun seeing pieces here and there, and knowing what would look perfect for my Christmas scene. All of my families were great, and the kids were so good. That may have been my special treat from Frosted Flour Co. I had waiting in the wings for them! The girls wore the cutest floral crown from Cora and Violet and headband from The Dainty Miss. I loved all the outfits my families chose. From the more casual to the holiday themed outfits, everyone looked fantastic.

My passion for photography stems from seeing families growing, loving, and celebrating. Christmas and the entire holiday season is a time for thankfulness. I am so thankful for my clients giving me the opportunity to do what I love, and allowing me to be a part of their celebrations.
